4th floor apartment (no lift) on a little village in the country side of Palermo. very good location 20 minutes by train to the biggest city of Palermo and Cefalu. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes drive to sandy beach. Lots of restaurant with fresh local fish. The new construction is furnished with new furniture and is every comfort.
