Ground floor:
Lounge with sofas and arm chairs, a Smart TV, DVD player, extensive range of books, jigsaws and games. Patio doors open on to the south facing garden .

Sun room with table and chairs ideal for drawing, board games or jigsaw puzzles.

Kitchen/dining room: fully equipped and opens onto a terrace with table and chairs.

Utility room: washing machine , dryer, sink , drying tail, iron and ironing board.

The ground floor twin bedded room is next to a shower room.

Upstairs there is a bathroom and two king sized bedrooms.

We have furnished and equipped The Glen with every comfort and convenience. It has been a much loved family holiday home for over 15 years, enjoyed by three generations. Children are very welcome and the enclosed gardens provide plenty of play space.

For 15 years The Glen has been a much loved holiday home for three generations of the same family. Most of the family are golfers. The one who isn’t is an artist who also enjoys gardening.

The Glen has also been let to holiday makers for 15 years and we have visitors returning year after year.

Why they chose this property

We chose The Glen for its perfect location, between Dornoch Square and Royal Dornoch Golf course. The garden has two separate gated areas, one with a terrace and lawn off the kitchen, and the other has a large grass area suitable for children’s games. There is off road parking for 3 cars.

What makes this property unique

A light and spacious house with views of the garden from all the ground floor windows. The surrounding garden makes the house private even though it is in the centre of Dornoch. From the upstairs windows there is a distant view of the Struie Golf Course and the sea beyond. The other bedroom has a view of Dornoch Cathedral tower. Stand at the patio doors in the lounge and you can see the Glenmorangie Distillery across the estuary in Tain!
