VERDEMARE HOME rises at the foot of the luxuriant Timpa (today a protected natural park) and a few steps from a beautiful clear and blue sea.
It has two apartments both equipped with air conditioning, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, seating area with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with bidet and hairdryer, laundry room with sink and washing machine, balcony equipped with table and chairs , internal parking.
The area is well served. At less than 100 m there is a large supermarket and, a few minutes walk away, numerous restaurants close to the sea, tobacconists, food shops etc.
The location is also ideal for visiting Catania, Acireale, Taormina, Etna.
Catania is 22 km from the property, while Taormina is 37 km away. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 26 km away.
