This cottage is very recently updated with new windows, doors, flooring and much more, but still an affordable lakefront destination. It has a lake view and is right in the middle of the resort, close to everything. We know you will find this home a great value and a place to have fun and relax with family and friends in the quiet Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, but just a short drive away from a wide array of Branson entertainment.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August)
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Mon, Mon–Sat, Sat–Sat)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
