Overall, the property was ok. The location is good and close to public transportation. The unit is lacking in the areas of dishware, stemware and glasses. There were no glasses or stemware. Bookshelves are overflowing and gives the unit an appearance of messy. The area rugs appear to be worn and dirty. The unit could be a nice rental if a little time and effort went into organizing the dishware, adding stemware and glasses and cleaning/replacing the area rugs. The dryer does not work, and the washer is quite small, but does work.
