Charming Penthouse in one of the most prestigious complex of Estepona. Great sea views . Located only 80 meters from the beach of Playa del Angel.
Air conditioning, Internet. Communal gym, sauna, swimming pools and playground and direct access to the beach promenade.
Beach front accommodation.
Perfect Location. Walking distance to supermarkets, bar, restaurants and town.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, living room and terrace. From the terrace you have access to the solarium through a spiral staircase.
The jacuzzi on the solarium CAN NOT be use. It´s broken.

Canadian snowbirds

My husband and I stayed 2 months in this lovely apartment. It is the perfect location if you don't mind to walk. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk, and in 15 minutes you are in the old Old Town which is full with restaurants and bars. The penthouse has great views over the mediterranean and one night we saw 3 dolphins jumping and playing from our terrace! Communication with Valeria from Genius Properties is fast, she speaks fluent English and she is very helpful! We had a lovely time and wished we could have stayed longer. Hasta la vista!

Relaxing Stay

We stayed at the apartment for a month and it was perfect. The apartment is situated in a very clean and safe complex, made up of rental as well as residential apartments. Great views from the balcony which got the sun in the morning and the solarium for the rest of the day, fantastic venue for a sundowner. The apartment had all what was required and the communication with Valeria, from the property management company was excellent. She even organised a taxi for us from Malaga airport. A large Carrefour was less than a 5 minute walk away (very handy) and the old town where we found some excellent restaurants and bars was around a 15 minute pleasant walk along the boardwalk. The month went very quick month and never got bored. Would throughly recommend.

Emplacement au top

La résidence est toute proche de la ville et d'une grande surface que l'on atteitn facilement à pied. La vue est directe sur la mer, les jardins, la piscine, c'est juste superbe. Il manque cependant des transat pour la terrasse, dommage et des odeurs nauséabondes émanent de'une des deux salles de bain. L'eau de la douche ne s'évacue plus. L'installation sanitaire ne semble pas avoir été réalisée avec des siphons, inadmissible ! Nous sommes néanmoins très satisfaits de notre séjour et si les réparations sont faitees, nous relouerons avec plaisir

Estepona surprise

Very well positioned property close to town, easy to find, excellent access to coastal walk way and next door to large supermarket. Very well looked after community building that feels very safe. Nice clean apartment with every item you need. Couple of small grumbles - swimming pool was closed maybe due to Covid rules, but was not mentioned before we arrived. We would suggest a small information folder showing numbers for doctors / local bus timetables / what to do with trash etc…

Tranquilidad inmejorable

Super bien ubicado, cerca de un carrefour, andando puedes recorrerte el paseo entero. Si quieres tranquilidad fuera de las masas es perfecto y en 15min caminando te plantas en el centro de todo. Limpio y organizado el piso, no ha faltado ningún detalle. Dar las gracias sobretodo a Valeria por su amabilidad y por su disposición en todo momento!!! Desde luego recomendaría al 100% el alojamiento.

Apartment ist leider hellhörig

Die LAGE mit Meerblick ist sehr gut. Küche war alles da, neue E-Geräte . Leider gab es keine Beschreibung, aber durch E -Mail Kontakt zur Agentur konnte alles prima geklärt werden. Leider war das Apartment sehr hellhörig, insbesondere Hundegebell ansonsten war die Anlage ruhig, zumindest im Jan/Februar.
