This duplex five-bedroom villa features an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and air-conditioning. Villa consists of two separate apartments that are connected with staircase. One apartments features three bedrooms, and the second one has two bedrooms. There are two fully equipped kitchens in the property, as well as two private bathrooms and two living rooms with seating area and flat-screen SAT TV sets. One of the apartments has a balcony overlooking the sea and in front of the property there is a furnished terrace with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and parasols.
Barbecue facilities are at guests' disposal.
Free private parking is available on site.
Outdoor unheated pool is open from 1st of April till 1st of November.

Village life with a view

Tony is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to help us. My older son broke my younger son's glasses on Day 1 of our trip, and he helped us organize replacements that same day. Our family stayed for 3 weeks, and I was not ready to leave. We cooked many meals and would have appreciate sharper knives in the kitchens. But everything was in working order, and for a low-key family vacation with active kids in the pool for hours at a time while the adults sip wine and with a view? It was perfect. I hope to come back.

très agréable séjour

Le village d'Orasac était tout à fait charmant et notre logement confortable et spacieux , hormis les nombreux escaliers. La vue sur la mer était vraiment belle. Seule, la chambre du 2ème logement en mezzanine au-dessus du 1er était médiocre. Il faisait très chaud, peu d'aération et un cabinet de toilette sans aucune séparation. Je doute qu'un petit puisse dormir dans ces conditions.

Traumurlaub

Alles in allem hat der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer bzw. Richtung Dubrovnik die Kleinigkeiten wett gemacht. Es ist ein sehr schönes Objekt, was aber an einigen Ecken kleinere Reparaturen bedarf. z.B. Deckenleisten befestigen, lockerer Toilettensitz, schlecht schließendes Fenster (grünes Zimmer). Zudem wäre eine bessere Ausleuchtung der Treppenanlagen zu überdenken. Aber ansonsten waren die Gastgeber sehr nett und haben uns auch noch im Dunkeln (19:30 Uhr) freundlich empfangen. Wir können die Villa Tony weiterempfehlen
