In sum. Probably fine for a student or someone that doesn't care too much about quality or what's really in the flat, and wants to be close to the Promenade. The good. For those that want access to touristy bit of Dubrovnik, it's right next to sea and the promenade. Also close to hiking trails. There is a partial sea view from the balcony. The not so good. 1Needlessly difficult entry process. During check in, you're dealing with two people not one. The booking agent and the owner. Although Direct was kind, it meant now another number, and connecting with the owner. Very unclear instructions on how to access the flat, and par. We were sent a photo and set of videos. On photo had an arrow to a parking area, so we drove in; and turns out this was incorrect, and had to pay to get out. To pay, there was no attendant, no way to pay with a card, and we didnt have Euros because we just arrived from Ukraine. So we were stuck there until we could get Euros. Inaccurate The pictures and the listing is VERY inaccurate, and basics arent there. no coffee maker (but was listed)no microwave. (was listed and pictured)no kettle (but was pictured)no rubbish bin, so we took our rubbish with us.bathroom door doesnt close completely, nor does the shower door. not same conditions as listed. for examle no living room table, the chairs / table outside pictured showed comfy wicker with nice cushions, and in reality it's metal chairs. drying linen was left on the patio.
