Tolle Lage, zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gute Ausstattung, „Erstausstattung“ bei Ankunft! Perfekte Kommunikation! Unkomplizierter Check-In/Out. Jederzeit wieder! 100 % Empfehlung! Parkplatz!!!!!!!

Schickes Appartement in guter Lage

Hat uns gut gefallen. Ausstattung in der Wohnung sehr gut. Nette Vermieterin. Mitten in Malcesine. Riesen Terrasse. Kleine Begrüßungsgeschenke lagen bereit - sehr nett. Leider muss der Parkplatz und auch die Klimaanlage mit je 15€ pro Nacht extra abgerechnet werden. Die Bilder auf der Homepage sind übereinstimmend mit der Realität - bis auf den Blick auf den See. Der wird größtenteils von einem wunderschönen Baum verdeckt. Ist aber ok. Es gibt noch einen weiteren kleinen Ausschnitt, in dem der See sichtbar ist. Alles in allem ist alles toll und wir würden wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Wohnung in dem malerischen Malcesine

Wir danken Vincenza von ganzem Herzen, dass wir unseren wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrer tollen Wohnung verbringen durften. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, top Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin, die immer ansprechbar ist - rundum alles vetsens.

Amazing

This is a comfortable and airy apartment with a lovely owner. Allowed an early check in despite high season. Greeted by a welcome pack which included olive oil and local honey. You are close to everything Malcescine has to offer. Wonderful walks,food and vino. Ferry and bus 5 mins away. Everything was perfecto and we would certainly return to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Tolles Quartier in sehr schönem Ort

Super Wohnung, geräumig, praktisch eingerichtet, sehr nette Gastgeberinnen Vincenza und Valentina! Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum des sehr schönen Ferienortes Malcesine, und von Malcesine wiederum kann man per Schiff ganz einfach zu den anderen Perlen des Gardasees (Limone z.B.) gelangen sowie mit der Bergbahn in die Berge. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für An- und Abreise. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Comfortable modern apartment with balcony, 1st floor, close to centre of this very pleasant town. Host was welcoming and very helpful. We would be happy to return for another visit.

Great apartment, great location, great host. Nice big balcony. 2 good sized bedrooms. Bathroom is modern. Kitchen has all you need that is open to a kitchen table and living room. Hope to be back next year!

Heaven on the lake

Brilliant from start to finish. We were late arriving because of a train delay but was greeted by owner who couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was lovely and in an ideal location. A few minutes to the port and a huge choice of restaurants. It was our golden wedding anniversary trip and she gave us a card and a lovely bottle of prosseco. Tha balcony was ideal to sit out on and watch the world go by. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return one day .

Wirklich empfehlenswert!!

An dieser Stelle unseren herzlichen Dank an unsere perfekten Gastgebern Valentina und Vincenza. Die Wohnung hatte für uns ( mit Kleinhund ) die optimale Lage. Komplett und sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier passt alles und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Für den PKW gibt es auch, etwas weiter, eine gute Parkmöglichkeit, welche zusätzlich bezahlt werden musste. Parken ist so eine Sache am Gardasee und der Mehrpreis war überschaubar. Malchesine ist dazu ein schönes Dorf mit guter Gastronomie. Hier wird es nicht langweilig.

Ferienwohnung in Malcesine

Wir haben uns in der schönen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der großzügigen Terrasse kann man auf den See und in die Altstadtgassen blicken. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch die schönen Badestellen am See. Vincenza ist eine sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is my family & friends second stay with Vincenza and her fabulous apartment in Malcesine. It’s location is fantastic right beside Old Town with the harbour to your right and the lakes to the left. Our Host was wonderful she has a beautiful apartment with a generous balcony, everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Fantastic property for a wonderful stay in Malcesine

We have just got home from a 9 night stay in this wonderful property in malcesine. We were there for our wedding and this was the perfect apartment. Light and bright and spacious. There was plenty of room for the me and the bridesmaids to get ready with the hairdresser and friends. The balcony is spacious too. There are electric shutters on both the patio doors to the balcony which were great for keeping the apartment cool (we didn’t once need the air con) and dark in the mornings too. The host, Vincenza, met us as we arrived and showed us everything. She was available during our stay should we have needed anything. The location is great, a minute or two’s walk to the harbour - you can almost see it from the apartment. More accessible than some apartments as it’s on a small road (many central apartments are on the small cobbled streets). With this comes a little morning noise, but further into the central cobbled streets there is more noise from restaurants and bars. All in all a lovely place and we’ll certainly look at coming back again when we next visit malcesine, which won’t be long as it’s such a wonderful place 😊

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Leider ist die Einrichtung nicht besonders gemütlich (Leder Couch, da Plastikstühle) und die Wohnung war im Mai recht kalt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Herzlichen Empfang. Begrüßungsgeschenk mit Öl Kaffee Wasser Snacks Spüli ...alles was man direkt brauch sodass man erst in Ruhe angekommen kann. Gerne wieder.
