Individual rents pretty house for six people in Etel. Ideal location in the center of the village and less than 100 meters from the lake and the beach, in a quiet side street. Housing of around 85 m2 on three levels:

• Ground floor: entrance with cupboards, living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), lounge area with television, hallway with washing machine and dryer.

• 1st floor, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed 140, a bathroom, separate WC.

• 2nd floor, a small sea view room with a double bed in 160, a bathroom with shower and WC, a small independent room with the possibility of adding a cot (supplied on request).

Cinema, bakery, supermarket 150 m away.
5 mins from Belz, Erdeven.
20 mins from Carnac, Quiberon, La Trinité ...

Small courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
Private parking space in front of the house.
30% deposit.
Security deposit 250 euros (check not cashed)
Cleaning is provided at the end of the stay by the tenant. In the event that the cleaning is not satisfactory, a fee of 60 euros will be charged to the deposit.
Are provided: Pillows, bolsters, duvets (240x220, 260x240, 2x 200x140), mattress pads, bath mats, tea towels, tablecloths, household cleaning products. Duvets, pillows, bolsters and mattresses must be protected. The tenant therefore undertakes to supply and use the appropriate sheets, pillowcases and covers for all the beds in the accommodation.
NOT provided: Sheets, pillowcases, bathroom linen, washing-up liquid, detergent, etc…
