Welcome to the sweet atmosphere of our studio Cute Studio in Old Town, located inside the walled city of Como. Recently renovated with care and love, this charming studio apartment welcomes you with its unique character and a touch of modernity.
Strategically located in the heart of Como’s historic centre, this studio offers the perfect combination of tranquility and liveliness. As you immerse yourself in the charming atmosphere of a central but quiet street, you will be surrounded by boutiques, cafes and restaurants, plus the main tourist attractions are within walking distance.
Explore the timeless beauty of Como’s lakefront, just a short walk from your doorstep.
Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.
The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.
The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a house book with useful information for the house and stay.
