Beautiful House

We were visiting the house of Juan for 1 week. The communication with Juan was very easy and uncomplicated. The house has everything we needed for our stay. The location is also very nice and not very touristic. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Property

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and very well equipped, with multiple outdoor areas set up to relax and dine. The massive rooftop terrace was a stunning surprise—not shown in the photos—and offers breathtaking views of the town and the sea.The village is peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by mountains and just a short walk about 10 mins from a small and charming sandy beach.The owner made us feel very welcome, and was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. We had a fantastic time and would love to return! Highly recommended!

Nice place in northern Mallorca

The house was well furnished for a family of up to 6 persons. The large garden provides sufficient space for relaxing or playing fun games. The small village has a nice bay area and the huge beaches can be reached within 20minutes by car. Juan was easy to reach and was helping whenever necessary.

Lovely house for quiet stay

While the adjacent beach is on the smaller, pebbly side, I'd suggest a short drive to Can Picafort for a more expansive sandy shoreline. A delightful surprise is the generously sized audio speaker, perfect for setting the mood with some music. The host, available via WhatsApp, is a true gem. Super séjour à Colònia de Sant Pere

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Juan pendant la moitié de nos vacances avant de nous rendre dans la partie sud de l’île.La maison de Juan est idéalement placée pour ceux qui, comme nous, fuient les gros complexes hôteliers et les grosses stations balnéaires. Cette maison est au calme dans une petite ville de l’autre côté de la baie d’Alcúdia. L’équipement de la maison est top (lit bébé, jeux de plage pour enfants, table de ping pont, transats, ainsi qu’une machine à laver permettant d’optimiser les valises et de partir moins chargé…) . La vue du toit-terrasse est géniale et nous avons vraiment apprécier nos apéros/repas de cette terrasse-là. Et surtout, nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique reflétant la gentillesse de Juan.

Perfekt fürs mobile Arbeiten

Wir waren 1 Woche auf Workation bei Juan zu Gast. Juan ist sehr nett und bemüht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Das Internet hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wir konnten sogar auf der Dachtarasse mit Blick auf das Meer arbeiten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und als Startpunkt um die Insel zu erkunden optimal. Die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu weich und schon etwas durchgelgen und ein paar Dinge sollten repariert werden. Alles in allem aber Preis leistungstechnisch Spitze. Wir kommen wieder

Perfekter Ort für junge Familien

Selten habe ich es erlebt, dass die Realität besser war als auf den Bildern - hier war es der Fall. Auf der kleinen Seitenterrasse gemeinsam zu frühstücken und den Ausblick zu genießen war einfach toll. Von der riesigen Dachterrasse ganz zu schweigen. Zum zweiten Mal und wieder toll

Nachdem es uns 2023 so gut gefallen hat, waren wir dieses Jahr gleich nochmal da und es war genauso schön wie letztes Jahr. Ok, das Wetter haette etwas besser sein können, aber in der schönen Wohnung lässt sich auch der Regen gut aushalten. Kann gut sein, dass wir uns auch noch ein drittes Mal einmieten werden.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Juan hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mehrmals während des Aufenthalts nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Super! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, fußläufig sind einige schöne Restaurants. Die Landschaft um das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt.

Bester Vermieter ever und tolles, tolles Haus

Wir waren zum 1. Mal in Juans Haus & sind immer noch ganz begeistert von dieser großartigen Unterkunft & von unserem wunderbaren Gastgeber. Das Haus ist riesig, herrlich kühl innen, wenn es draußen heiß ist & hat einen hübschen Innenhof (nicht genutzt, da zu heiß). Er ist wunderschön angelegt & allein das Anschauen ist schon ein Genuss. Wir haben oft gekocht und noch ein, zwei Sachen zur Ausstattung dazu gekauft. Da wir passionierte Hobbyköche sind, fehlten uns das ein oder andere Tool zu unserem Kochglück. Messer hatten wir dabei. Und Juan ist ein Goldstück. Wir haben ihn auch persönlich bei uns getroffen & waren & sind ganz begeistert von ihm. Leider konnte er bei einer Sache nicht helfen: Wir hatten ab Tag 7 bis 14 zwei Häuser weiter eine schreckliche Baustelle, auf der von morgens 9-17h mit Presslufthammer der Boden des Grundstücks aufgehämmert wurde. Wenn mal Pause war (leider viel zu wenig. Der Bauarbeiter war fleißig), hat man von anderen Baustellen (eine große ist ganz in der Nähe, ggü. vom Wertstoffhof, der wiederum 1 min entfernt liegt; eine andere schräg hinter dem Haus in der 2. oder 3. Straße…) weitere Baugeräusche gehört. Aber nix war so schlimm wie der Presslufthammer. Übrigens war auch hier Juan toll: Er ist uns sehr entgegengekommen & war selbst ganz schockiert, dass es so laut war. Aber nochmal: Dafür kann er ja überhaupt nichts. Und wir haben gelernt, dass ab September überall fleißig gebaut, renoviert und saniert wird (Juli + August ist nämlich Bauverbot)

Schönes Haus in Seitenstrasse

Wir waren im Juni dort und es war schon sehr heiß. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, sonst Fensterläden. Durch mehrere Terrassen mit Gartenmöbeln kann man gut draußen sitzen. Es fehlt vielleicht etwas Kochgeschirr. Ansonsten alles vorhanden. Juan ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sofort, wenn etwas fehlt. Der Ort ist klein, die Promenade hat schöne Restaurants. Zum Baden sollte man lieber nach Can Picafort fahren. Eun Auto ist dort absolut notwendig. Eunkaufen auch besser in Can Picafort. Uns hats fort gefallen.

Wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir waren jetzt mittlerweile zum dritten Mal in Juans Haus in Colonia Sant Pere. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit Juan, dem Vermieter, wie immer sehr freundlich und problemlos. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, mit Zugang zu einer kleinen Terrasse und zum Garten. In der Garage gibt es eine weitere Dusche, und eine Waschmaschine, die wir nach dem Wandern regelmässig genutzt haben. WLAN und verschiedene deutsche TV Sender sind vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse in Colonia, aber der kleine Hafen und die schöne Promenade sind zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar, auch der Bäcker und der kleine Supermarkt. Für größere Einkäufe benötigt man aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da sich die großen Supermärkte erst in Can Picafort befinden, hier können wir unbedingt den neu eröffneten Mercadona empfehlen! (Fahrzeit etwa 15 Min) Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren nicht zum Baden, sondern zum Wandern auf Mallorca und dazu war dieses Häuschen genau richtig. Zur Ermita de Betlem kann man zu Fuß gehen und auch andere Touren sind ohne Auto auf dem GR 222 möglich. Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuße vom Meer/ Hafen entfernt. Auch der kleine Spar-Supermarkt am Hafen ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben viel in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht, aber auch Restaurants gibt es in großer Auswahl. Ende April war zwar schon etwas los, aber bei weitem nicht überlaufen, man hat immer gut einen Platz bekommen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und bei kleineren Problemchen sofort zur Stelle.
