Magnificent apartment of 70 m2, with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living / dining room with convertible sofa, a fully equipped American kitchen and private terrace with furniture .
Located on the ground floor of a very quiet small private residence of 2 floors (entrance with badge), direct access to the swimming pools, the 2 tennis courts, the children's playground and the Snack bar.
Restaurant and massage center at the entrance of the residence.
The emblematic beaches of Portimão, such as Praia da Rocha, one of the most beautiful in Europe, as well as Praia 3 Castelos, Praia do Vau and Praia de Alvor are only 5 / 9mn by car.
Portimão city center and the Continente and Aqua shopping malls are a short drive away.

Great Stay

The house is great, has everything we need and extremelly well cleaned. Its near the beach, 6 min by car, and the pool is big and always clean as well. Unfortunatly the bar of the pool was not working, but it was a very plesant stay.

Even cutting the grass would help!

The property is rather tired looking. It is poorly maintained. The security door stopped working for the past 2 weeks...so basically there is no security. The suite was maintained better and any issues were dealt with quickly. Communication was very good from the Host Luis.

Abundance of cockroaches

We recently stayed at this accommodation, and overall, we found the location to be excellent and enjoyed our time there. However, we encountered a few unfortunate issues that impacted our experience. Firstly, we must address the problem we had with cockroaches within the property. Unfortunately, despite our concerns, the host was unwilling or unable to address the issue. We even suggested providing insect spray and investigating the source of the problem, but our suggestions were disregarded. The presence of cockroaches was a significant inconvenience and made our stay less pleasant. Additionally, we faced an unfair accusation regarding the cleanliness of the pillows. We were wrongly accused of soiling the pillows and were required to pay for their replacement. In reality, the issue seemed to stem from the pillows themselves, as they appeared to be transferring stains onto each other. Despite this, we chose not to escalate the matter and willingly paid for the replacement. Another concern we had was regarding the security of the property. Although we were informed that the front gate could be locked, it was not the case during our stay. This lack of security made us feel uneasy, as it meant anyone could enter our accommodation without difficulty. In summary, the location of the accommodation was fantastic, but due to the aforementioned issues, we would not choose to rent from this particular host or stay at this specific accommodation again.

O apartamento é excelente, mobilado com gosto e equioado com tudo aquilo que é necessário em quantidade e qualidade.Estava tudo muito limpo, e havia produtos e utensílios de limpeza.Os lençóis, almofadadas e atoalhados estavam impecáveis. As camas e o sofá cama são muito confortáveis!O ar condicionado na sala e no quarto principal é suficiente e uma mais-valia.

Alojamento muito bom, atendimento excelente. Não tivemos logo acesso à piscina mas o anfitrião compensou. O que foi mesmo aborrecido e prejudicou a estadia, foi o wifi não funcionar bem. Estava sempre a desligar, tanto que tivemos de usar os nossos próprios dados durante a semana de estadia.

El apartamento está bien, pero en las fotos parece más de lo que es ,nos encontramos cucarachas por las noches fuera del apartamento y dentro los dos dias que estuvimos, la parte de fuera , la zona de la piscina se ve muy dejada, falta limpieza en general, la chica que lleva el apartamento súper agradable, si estuviese todo más cuidado sería perfecto ya que la zona es muy tranquila, por lo menos a finales de Mayo

Férias, mas pouco!

Limpeza de piscina, péssima! Não era de uso limitado ao condomínio, podendo entrar qualquer pessoa. Barulho constante (dia e madrugada). Houve vários incidentes tendo algumas pessoas chamado a GNR. Infiltração num dos quartos.

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas passé un agréable séjour. Effectivement il y a eut un soucis de fuite d'eau dans une des chambres, causé par l'appartement du dessus. C'est regrettable et malgré le fait que cette situation était totalement indépendante de notre volonté, nous vous avons indemnisé et vous sembliez en être satisfaite. Nous sommes très surpris d'apprendre qu'il y aurait eut des "incidents" durant votre séjour car nous n'avons eut aucuns retours de votre part à ce sujet avant votre départ. Après avoir demandé auprès de plusieurs personnes de la résidence, aucunes ne nous a fait part de quelconque problème. Dernier point, la piscine ainsi que son nettoyage ont une gestion indépendante, elle ne fait pas partie de la résidence. Nous payons juste un droit d'accès pour nos locataires. Vous auriez pu en faire part au responsable de la piscine directement et ne pas nous faire subir une baisse de note pour quelque chose dont nous ne sommes pas responsable. Cordialement

Absolutely perfect place!

Wow! What a lovely place to stay! Lovely apartment with 2 great sized bedrooms, air con, great kitchen, WiFi for the kids. Love that the whole area was gated so we could let the kids place and knew they were safe, the swimming pool and bar area was fantastic, sloped pool was perfect for the children, although it did have 2 kids pools as well! Food and drink at the bar was a good price and really nice! Really great place to stay with the family, nice and relaxed and so close to amenities! Beaches no more that about 10min drive, big supermarkets about 5mins away! Really had a lovely stay, apartment was amazing, very clean and modern, and the pool area was perfect! Will definitely stay again!

Appartement très propre et confortable ,très bon accueil ...tout équipé avec climatisation... Une jolie propriété avec piscine et bar au milieu de l'ensemble de bâtiments Une petite reproche par rapport à la piscine qui n'était pas toujours propre , à part ça rien a dire ...l'endroit est a environ 10min en voiture de la plage ,centres commerciales, boutiques, restaurants etc... C'était notre première fois en Portugal et sans doute un de nos meilleures vacances....Allez y les yeux fermés ...
