A well presented and nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment located in the prestigious complex of Los Granados de la Duquesa. The apartment has wifi, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen and utility room, 2 full bathrooms and lounge with patio doors leading to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining furniture and casual furniture and can also be accessed from the master bedroom. There are lovely views of the swimming pool, garden and sea from the terrace.
The complex is located on the beachfront and has a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is just a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.
