The holiday house "Da NONNA SANTA" is a house located in Fiumefreddo di Sicilia (CT), in a citrus fruit countryside at 500 m. from the Railway Station, 2 km from the Fiumefreddo di Sicilia motorway exit, as well as 1 km from the LIDL supermarket, 300 m. from the Backer pizzeria, 500 m. from the cinema Macherione.
The house is about 3 km from the wonderful beach of Marina di Cottone, 18 km from Taormina, 30 km from the north side of Etna, 30 km from Catania and 60 km from Messina.
It is a single house located on a private street.
The house consists of an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a total capacity of 5/6 pax, a bathroom and a spacious entrance hall.
We provide linens, bath table linens, and various accessories such as: washing machine with detergents, plates, cutlery, pans, electric oven, coffee machine complete with waffles, primary ingredients in the kitchen, hair dryers, air conditioners that act as a heat pump, television in winter and the internet.
Please note that the deposit will be returned upon check-out if the house is returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
