Upmarket Birdsonghouse with private terrace at 300m from the Menin Gate.

This upmarket holiday home at Ypres is a self-catering house with an excellent location. It's situated at 300m from the Menin Gate. You can easily walk into the town. The house is also facing the Ramparts, which is absolutely great. You can hear the birds singing. The view is calming and relaxing. You enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms. Everything is renewed.

The surface on the ground is 115m². The total surface is 240 m². Below there is a living room with a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishes and silverware, cooking basics and a stove), a toilet, a private terrace, the garage for the washing machine, dryer and some storageplace.

On the first floor you can find 3 spacious bedrooms and the bathroom with bath, shower, double basin, toilet and hairdryer.

On the second floor there is another spacious bedroom or a loft.

The beds can be doubles (180 cm x 2 m) or twins (90 cm x 2 m). The rooms are spacious and nice. They all have a ceiling fan.

We offer bed, bath and kitchen lines.

All our pillows and duvets are feather-free. We don't have carpets.

We don't have an elevator. There are only 2 floors up.

All our rooms have free fast wifi that works 98% of the time.

There’s free parking. Usually you can park in front of the house. If you have multiple cars, there's also always free parking at 350m (Leopold III-laan). There’s always place.

For guests with a motorcycle, it's always free parking everywhere in Ypres.

We have a very small garage for the washing machine, the dryer and some storage place. So there’s no place for motorcycles or cars inside.

Secure parking is also possible at 15 euros / 24h at 400m, however few people do that because Ypres is a very small town and there is no real need to have secure off-street parking.
