This apartment is located on the fourth floor – with elevator (a very rare feature in downtown Florence) - of an completely recently renovated elegant palace on Via dei Pecori, characteristic street nestled between the Piazza del Duomo and the Piazza della Repubblica.

The whole apartment has been completely renovated and redecorated with great and refined taste and attention to detail: an architectural jewel designed to be elegant, comfortable and stylish. Modern furniture combined with designer touches, parquet floors create every charming atmosphere in this apartment. As you first enter, you’ll instantly feel welcomed and embraced by the warmth of the ambiance.

Duomo Contemporary can accommodate up to six people thanks to its three bedrooms and two bathrooms (plus an half bathroom)

The first room upon entry is the first bedroom off to your right. This bedroom features a modern en-suite bathroom, with a spacious glass walk in shower, two single beds, and a window overlooking Florentine rooftops.

Continuing further is the living room. In this room you will find a comfortable sofa, which can seat up to three, as well as two other armchairs and a flat screen tv. Located off the living room you will find an alluring balcony.

Annexed you will find the spacious modern fully-equipped kitchen as well as a dining table which can seat up to six guests.

Further you will find the final two bedrooms and bathroom. The bedroom to your right features two single beds and ample closet space. The bedroom at the end of the hallway is incredibly spacious and features a double bed, office space, a full length mirror, and extra seating in the form of two comfortable chairs. The bathroom to your left is spacious and features a glass walk in shower.

This modern, stylish apartment is the ideal choice for those who want a luxury short-term holiday rental located in the heart of Florence but it can easily accomodate longer stays. Choosing this apartment you’ll get the chance to stay in the center of Florence with nothing being more than a short stroll away. Only a one minute walk away is the Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, while the Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio can be found five minutes away, and the Santa Croce and Palazzo Pitti are all a short ten minute walk away. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, shops, cafès and really anything you may wish for during your stay in Florence!
