Comfortably spread out in this 2 story home along with a full finished basement! Home features all you need for a great vacation home - open layout for great group gatherings, plenty of seating at dinner table, awesome outdoor space including a brand NEW heated salt water pool, pool deck, covered porch with outside fireplace, brand new fire pit area, 5 bedrooms with plenty of beds and surrounded by privacy, but just minutes to New Buffalo! Basement features - ping pong table, fooseball table, extra family room to watch movies, the only thing that’s missing is you!

We had a great stay at this property! There was plenty of space for our group, and it never felt cramped even with a lot of people. The outdoor area was a highlight, especially the fireplace with extra seating, which made it perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the basement added a fun space for everyone to hang out. Overall, a fantastic place for a group getaway.

The house was amazing. We loved the backyard with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and Pavilion. The backyard is fenced in and the pool has a electric cover for safety. Big plus when you have little ones. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities. We had a great time with family. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend booking any property managed by this host. While the house itself was fine, our experience with the host was extremely frustrating from start to finish.We originally booked a different, much larger home in New Buffalo. The host asked me to cancel the reservation so they could correct the invoice after I was charged more than I should have been. I followed their instructions, and within only about five hours, they gave the house to someone else. customer support was very helpful and even offered the host the ability to cancel the other reservation without penalty so our original booking could be restored, but the host was still incredibly rude, unresponsive, and difficult to work with throughout the process.We ultimately accepted another house they offered, which was significantly smaller than the home we originally booked. Upon arrival, the house was also not properly cleaned, and at least three rooms had lightbulbs that were not working.The property itself had potential, but the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and way our original reservation was handled completely overshadowed the stay. Based on our experience, I would not book another property managed by this host or recommend them to others.

We’re glad to hear that the home itself was “fine,” and it’s unfortunate that the circumstances resulting from your cancellation and your delay in rebooking the property overshadowed your stay experience. Just to clarify - the payment/invoice issue was a glitch in Vrbo’s system, which resulted in you being charged for both the property damage insurance and the deposit. These charges were processed through Vrbo and were not something we initiated or had control over. You chose to cancel the original reservation. After cancelling, we did not hear from you or receive a request to rebook for the entire following day. The dates were therefore open and available to be booked by another guest. To accommodate you after that occurred, we offered you another property, made an exception to our standard three-night minimum stay requirement, and provided a complimentary late check-out at no additional charge. We genuinely regret that, despite our efforts to find a solution and accommodate your stay, you were still unhappy with your experience. We wish you all the best in future stays!

We loved our stay!

We were 5 couples/families and everything was great -- the communication with the owners both before and during our stay, the amenities, the cleanliness, and the space in general. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub, especially the 4 kids. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome — a few friends got together and we had a blast! None of us wanted to leave to go do activities outside of hanging at the house because it was so perfect for our needs. The beds were unbelievably comfortable as well!
