Penerley Lodge Coach House and Penerley Lodge Main House. Grade 2 listed building. Direct access to the New Forest.
Coach House This spacious property has been decorated to a high standard. Large elegantly furnished sitting room and a delightful kitchen makes this property ideal for a family get-together. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. The property fronts directly onto the forest which offers wonderful opportunities for walking, cycling and exploring. The house is peacefully located up a private track just one mile from the village of Beaulieu and its Motor Museum. There is an outside dining table and seating for guests on the Forest side of the property.
Main house six bedrooms and three bathrooms available in addition to coach house. Please contact me with your requirements. Rates quoted on the calendar are for the coach house only. An additional quote would follow for the main house according to your specific requirements and dates. Total available bedrooms with main and coach house is ten bedrooms.

Two bathrooms. Both large family sized bathrooms. One of the bathrooms can either be shared or used as an en suite to the main bedroom.
Outside: There is an area on the forest side of the property equipped with garden table and chairs. Views directly on to the New Forest.
Included: High quality bed linen and towels (beds are made up), WiFi, electricity and central heating (gas). Cot (no cot linen) and high chair available on request.
In high season, half term and bank holidays there is a seven night minimum stay. However 3 or 4 night stays will be considered in the months of Jan, Feb, Mar, Sep, Oct, Nov,Dec. Please contact me to discuss your specific requirements.
Pets One small well behaved dog by arrangement. (Please note there is a standard charge of £25 per pet per week).
Parking Up to 4 cars on private forestry commission lane by property.

I grew up in the New Forest and think it is one of the most beautiful parts of the country. I am a professional person having set up and run my own business for 20 years.
Why they chose this property
It is a grade 2 listed (of architectural historical interest) property in a unique location. It is very close to the lovely village of Beaulieu and is located in the heart of the New Forest National Park. The views directly overlook the New Forest and you walk out of the front door straight into the Forest. It is ideal for walking, cycling, riding and is close to the sea for sailing or swimming. It is very peacefully located at the end of a private track. The furnishings and beds are of a high quality and the house is very well equipped. The master bedroom is huge with a 7 foot (emperor) size bed, beautiful furniture and lovely views directly over the New Forest.
What makes this property unique
Great for access to the Forest, sailing, the Beaulieu National Motor Museum, cycling, riding and general outdoors fun. Also there are great restaurants (such as Limewood or Montagu Arms Hotel) and pubs close by.
