Private 4 bedroom 4 bath, 2 master suites. Three bedrooms have king beds, 1st floor guest room has queen adjustable/ massage bed, and a loft 2 twin beds. The property is fully fenced, the best views on bayside / ocean front property, tons of docks space (27’ or smaller to use boat ramp), docking space up to 40’, giant tiki with beautiful outdoor living area including kitchen/ high quality stainless BBQ on the water, peninsula with fire pit/ sandy. Two full kitchens on first floor and 3rd floor, car port parking inside property parking for 6 vehicles, elevator, outdoor dog kennel, newly remodeled pool/spa
Two master suites. Entire third floor one master suite w full kitchen large patio exceptional views. Second floor 2 nd master suite with own bath/ spa tub and separate bedroom with loft and another bathroom. First floor guest bedroom , queen bed / bath kitchen dining room and living room
