The home is fitted with electric heating and a modern air-to-air heat pump, ensuring allergy-friendly air and energy-efficient comfort. Step directly from the kitchen or living room onto one of the three terraces — two open and one covered — ideal for outdoor dining or lounging in nature. Set on a large 2,700 m² natural plot, the property invites guests to enjoy its quiet charm, with a garden grill, high chair for children, and a safe, non-smoking environment. As an added bonus, guests have free access to the water park in Skærbæk. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups, ensuring a calm and family-friendly atmosphere throughout your stay.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
