there are 2 beaches within walking distance; one swimmable private beach without a vendor in site as well as a world renowned surfing beach with a spectacular view of the famous Lands End..the Arch. Also, just steps from your door are world class restaurants and bars, a mini market, and a doctors office. This building also has an elevator. A little piece of paradise

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We woke every morning to coffee on that incredible balcony looking out to the Sea of Cortez with whales surfacing and jumping...every morning! There is a very nice grocery store very close to this condo, which served all of our needs. I would recommend a vehicle because the location of this property is not situated within walking distance of many things. In fact, I couldn't imagine walking to and from the grocery store with all of the food, water, etc. to carry. The gentlemen providing security for the parking lot were very professional and we never once felt unsafe in this location. I would highly recommend spending a day in San Juan del Cabo - it was a much calmer experience than Cabo San Lucas. And if you are interested in fly fishing, then I would recommend Los Moscas. We caught Rooster fish and Sierras and enjoyed some filets on the grill back at the condo!

As most people have said the view from the condo is fantastic. Be careful swimming in the private beach, there is a strong under tow.

Lovely stay

Condo was immaculate, nicely furnished and perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the views, and the king size bed was so comfortable! We ate at the poolside cafe several times and the store on site was very convenient. Loved our time there!

Absolute paradise!

Far enough from downtown to only hear the ocean. Close enough to be there in minutes. Enormous patio with stunning views. I couldn’t recommend this property more.

We love the comfort, service, food, ocean activities, world class fishing, world-class golfing, relaxed lifestyle, the people, the adventures and the incredible weather and scenery here. I love the that I can swim, and snorkel in paradise and it is just steps away. Originally I am from Vancouver BC, and have been coming to Cabo for as long as I can remember, first with my parents and then with my friends , and now with my Husband. Cabo has had an indelible impact on me in more ways than I can possibly describe. It is no surprise that more and more people are now finding out just how close and wonderful Cabo really is. A condo in Paradise awaits you.
