Room two, Overlooking a large central living room with fireplace, furnished with period furniture and paintings that tell the story of this place, the six bright and elegant double bedrooms, ranging in size from 16 to 24 square meters, are carefully furnished to every detail to ensure guests maximum comfort.

The rooms, located in the oldest and most noble wing of the residence, each have a private bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, WiFi, minibar and air conditioning. Daily cleaning service and breakfast are included; as well as access to the swimming pool, tennis court and all other common areas of the structure. Macciangrosso is an ancient sixteenth-century residence built by Carlo Lodovico de ’Piccolomini. The skilful restoration of the structure has preserved the charm and suggestion of a past full of memories.
Located on the natural rampart that closes the Valdichiana to the south, Macciangrosso is immersed in the quiet of a centuries-old park: a labyrinth of box hedges winds between severe cypresses and tall cedars, which together with an enchanted ancient rose garden make up the traditional Italian garden.
A panoramic swimming pool, a tennis court, 10 hectares of land where you can walk, together with spaces for reading and meditation, and a room dedicated to yoga and physical activity, offer guests an unforgettable experience for the body and for the mind.
