The villa is located in the residential - tourist area of Recanati in Giardini Naxos, the first Greek colony in Sicily.
The house is 10 minutes walk from the sea where you can find both free beach and beach equipment; moreover, a few meters away you will find restaurants, pubs, food shops and the bus terminal in Recanati from where you can easily reach Taormina, Castelmola, Letojanni, Siracusa, Catania and the airport of Catania.
