Policies
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Beautiful and relaxing
Just what we needed for a nice and relaxing stay. The house was large, clean and super comfortable. It was great having bathrooms in each bedroom! Definitely would stay here again in the future. Loved being on the golf course!! Thank you!!
GEM IN LA QUINTA
You know how some rental properties’ photos don’t match in real life? Well, Selena’s don’t either because the real thing is BETTER. Absolutely beautiful, modern home, immaculately clean, and so roomy you’re have to call people’s names to find them. The house is so well stocked with flat screen tvs , comfy couches and games we barely left the house. My husband warned against leaving too fawning of a review or “everyone will come here and book it solid”; but I’m happy to share the word. We loved this place. ❤️❤️❤️

Clean home, beautifully decorated, great location
Stayed at this beautiful La Quinta home with 4 of my best friends and 3 of our moms for a wedding in nearby Indio...it did not disappoint! The kitchen was very spacious for many of us to cook at once, multiple living areas, a large dining table for us all to gather at and chat. Lots of garage and driveway space for parking...the keyless entry made it even more convenient! We really enjoyed the golf cart and the golf course atmosphere. Morning strolls were very fun. Super clean, cute decorations and AWESOME bathrooms! Thanks, Selena!
Nice House...Nice Location
Roomy, clean, well maintained. Sits on a golf course with golf views and peace and quiet. Good kitchen, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and one room with double bunk beds (4 beds total). Spacious LR. Owner seemed attentive, although we didn’t need her.
House made for a good choice...we’re happy.

It is a place where time has slowed down a little and you can enjoy one another in a beautiful setting. Our home is in a guard gated community and is nestled between landscaped greens from the golf course and the Santa Rosa mountains.

Our home is newly renovated and has brand new furnishings throughout the entire house. Everything in our home was purchased new and with a thought out plan for design. We hope you enjoy the transitional design of the spacious condo that has a little something for everyone in the family. The little ones can sit and read a book, play some games, or swim in the pool while the adults play the arcade game, enjoy a round of golf, or just relax and take in the scenery.
