Villa is located just 100 meters from the sea and beaches and offers comfortable luxury accommodation, where you will spend your ideal, unforgettable vacation. Villa consists of 3 floors and an attic, has 5 bedrooms and is ideal to accommodate 10 persons.
- Two studio apartments located on the ground floor each for 2 people.
- Each Studio has a double bed, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom with bath, shared terrace with table and chairs overlooking the park.
On the 1st floor: Living room has got a large balcony overlooking the park and sea, where guests have a furniture for relaxing and dining. Dining room has a large table for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with washing machine close to the kitchen.

On the 2nd floor: There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds 90 * 200 and sofa bad for 2 persons, a terrace overlooking the pool and bathroom with tub. The Master bedroom has king-size bed 180 *200,a large balcony overlooking the park and the sea, equipped with furniture for relaxation and a bathroom with shower.

In the attic: The bedroom has got a double bed 140*200. The balcony is not large and overlooking of terrace with swimming pool. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet.
The pool of Villa Zlata has an area with a jacuzzi, a geyser and counterflowswimming system. Evening pool lights shemmer in different colors. Plateau around the pool is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs 5 pc.
Park with children's playground is located near the villa. Supermarket with a good selection of food is only 800 meters from the villa and small store is far about 100 m. The Old town is far from the villa about 10 km. The beatiful small city of Cavtat is far from villa about 8 km.

50th surprise

My husband and I along with my cousin and his family surprised my sister, who was visiting Croatia with her family, by being at the villa when they arrived. The villas amenities, rooms and location were all perfect. We enjoyed many morning coffees and two dinners on the beautiful veranda overlooking the sea. Had a wonderful experience.

Very comfortable property with lovely views.

Great family holiday! Plenty of space for all to stay comfortably and having en-suite to all rooms was a bonus. Please note there are several steps up to property without railing for support so not suitable for very elderly or handicapped.
