Nice apartment with two bedrooms located on the first floor of a small complex with 8 apartments. The apartment can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Two bedrooms with double bed, one with direct access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower Fully equipped kitchen and living room in an open space with conditioned air and with access to the large terrace. Here is a table for four people and two sunbeds for sunbathing. You can also enjoy the community pool that is a few meters away. In 10 minutes you can walk to the center of Arguineguin and the beach.

Winter auf Gran Canaria

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sapphire Stay

We had the best time during our stay! Property was clean, easy to check into, and the pictures do not do the view justice! There are two beach bars (one serves beach bar food, the other does wood fired pizza - both great) an upscale rooftop restaurant, & a coffee/breakfast sandwich shop. Taxis are always available & you’re a half mile away from Red Hook with tons of restaurants, shopping & the ferry to St. John. We will definitely be back!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse

Wir haben über Weihnachten und Silvester eine schöne Zeit in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht, uns wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, von der Straße einsehbar und mit reichlich bequemen Möbeln ausgestattet, das Haus ein bisschen hellhörig, Sonne auf der Terrasse von ca. 11 Uhr bis zum Sonnenuntergang, das Bad ein wenig dunkel, die Fußläufigkeit in den Ort zu den Supermärkten und Restaurants super. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool mit Sonnenliegen, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird, sehr schnelles Internet, Smart-TV, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Haartrockner, ausreichend Handtücher, Geschirr, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, alles da. An den Feiertagen war es nicht immer einfach einen Parkplatz auf der Straße zu finden, aber grundsätzlich ist es kein Problem. Wir mögen Arguineguín sehr und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Netter Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Linn und schnelle Reaktionszeiten per whatsapp. Unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout.
