The house has two bedrooms, one double (double bed) and the other two single beds, a bathroom, living room with two sofas, dining table, full kitchen and laundry, and finally, terrace and garden. The pool (not heated) is communal and solarium space. In the bunglalow we can find a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer and electric thermos, tv with tdt and sat., DVD, radio & cd.

Christmas and New Year in Maspalomas

This is an excellent property and we would highly recommend it. It is really comfortable and very well equipped . Alberto and Tere are great hosts and are extremely generous with the food, drink and water etc which is there for you on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is particularly well situated if you like to play golf like us.

Very nice apartment

We had a great stay. The apartment is nicely furnished and very clean. There is everything you need. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating. There are two supermarkets and a bicycle rental within walking distance. It is about 3.5 km to the beach.We did everything by bike or by bus. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful property!

Everything was as posted, from check in to check out this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time away. The complex is quiet and friendly, the backdrop of the mountains while sipping morning coffee and the east access to everything fun makes this the perfect place to enjoy and extended vacation.

It is a very cozy place. We enjoyed every day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for advanced cooking. Bathroom new and in perfect cleanliness. Thanks to our host. We will come again.

Well-equipped with all the comforts of home

We did a long-term stay in Oct-Nov 2018 and were happy here. The bed is comfortable, the shower is consistently hot and the quality of the kitchen is top- notch, with everything on hand. Alberto and Teres were exceptional hosts who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had no concerns. Their place is cleaned regularly inside and the premises are maintained regularly as well. It is VERY quiet, in a safe neighbourhood with amenities within easy walking distance. We were impressed with, and grateful for, the excellent quality of this home-away-from-home.

Eine kleine ruhige Anlage die super gepflegt (Täglich kommt ein Gärtner) und sauber ist. Der Bungalow ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Er ist sehr sauber (wöchentliche Reinigung) und großzügig in der Raumaufteilung.

Fantastic!!

The property is in immaculate condition and very well kept. All amenities were included and it was just like home away. The grounds and the pool were absolutely stunning. Peace and quiet perfect for an old couple like ourselves. The property manager was more than accomodating and welcoming. We will definately return again. Only one word to discribe the over all experience: FANTASTIC!!
