Come enjoy Naples in this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with sunroom (sleeps 7: master bedroom suite with queen bed; second bedroom with queen adjustable bed and sofabed in sunroom, two theater leather recliners and two couches in living room).

Pet-friendly, fenced backyard, paver patio, with private hot tub, gas grill, outdoor furniture and pub table, outdoor propane fireplace, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and beach toys provided. Bikes rentals available on request as well as water excursions and fishing or shelling charters nearby, including kayaking, paddle boarding, and jet skiing. Everglades eco tours also available nearby.

Whether you're in town on business, working remotely from home, house hunting, getting away for a long weekend, or vacationing for a week, month or longer, check us out! We have High-speed internet reliable Wifi for distance learning or working from home.

We are located in North Naples just a few blocks from Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor Wiggins State Park, Marinas, Golfing, Fine Dining, Arts, Theater, Museums, Shopping, Cinemas, Whole Foods, cycle shop, fitness center and easy to reach everything you may want to do in Naples.

You can bike or walk in this safe neighborhood and not use a car for as long as you wish. Or scooters and beach shuttles are available.

Collier County and Naples has so much to offer anytime of year.

We are locals of over 40 years here in Naples and happy to help you set up water excursions or other reservations; just ask!

We had a wonderful first time extended ( 8 weeks) stay in Naples. The communication with our host’s went above and beyond. Any questions, recommendations or concerns were welcomed with timely response! The house was well stocked with kitchen , laundry, bath and linen supplies ! Our favorite part ( besides being dog friendly) was jumping on bikes and biking to the beach’s , several to choose from ! The Hosts provided everything for a comfortable beach day ! Golf Trip

The property is a great location for a golf trip with many golf courses within a 10 to 20 min drive. Also close by are some excellent restaurants and lively night life. The house was very clean and the hot tub proved to be a welcome site after a long day of golf.

We enjoyed our stay. Mick was very helpful. The townhome is very comfortable and conveniently located between Bonita Springs and Naples. We appreciated being able to have our dog there. Nice fenced-in backyard, but is smaller than what is pictured online. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Fully furnished with all we needed!

We enjoyed our stay in Naples Park. The fact that my dog was welcome is what led us to this property. I nice fenced in back yard for when he needed to go out. However, the neighborhood did not have any sidewalks for walking dog's. The owner's provided everything from Shampoo and toilet paper to laundry detergent and beach towels. The beds were quite comfortable and the bedding was nice. Although the price ended up more that what I initially thought after cleaning fee, booking fees, damage deposits, etc that are not reflected in the published nightly rate, we would recommend this rental for small families or in our case, two single adults.
