The apartment is on the 2nd floor of this beautiful 72 apartment complex. You have use of 2 large swimming pools, 1 has a kiddies pool, both with sunbeds and parasols. 2 working elevators. The apartment is so well equipped, it's like a home from home. Modern furniture, 50'' flat screen Smart sat tv, air con throughout, full cooker, washing machine, water cooler, blender, toaster, microwave, all pots pans and utensils. There is even a small library. WiFi. If there is anything missing, that you normally need, we are on hand 24/7 to our guests, so we'll try to accommodate your needs. The complex is in a very sought after area of El Kawther, which is minutes walk away from the ever popular Mamsha, Village Road, where you will find a myriad of cafe/bars, nightclubs, shops, bazaars, 5* hotels, water parks, beaches etc. All amenities are in the immediate vicinity. The complex is staffed, and has 24/7 walled and gated security. The other residents and owners are mostly British/European/Egyptian, and has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We can arrange all sorts of excursions for you, taking the hassle out of your holiday. Airport transfers can also be arranged for up to 4 persons, free of charge. On your arrival, we will take you on an orientation tour, so you know which direction to find shops, nightlife etc. If you are a lone traveller, this is the ideal complex for you, as everyone here is so helpful and friendly. Divers, it's really handy for all dive centres, being centrally located. If you fancy visiting the ancient sites that Egypt is in abundance with, you are only 2km from the airport, 450km from Cairo, 305km from Luxor. The coach station is only 10 minutes by taxi. You can travel easily to Sharm by plane, only 20 minute flight, which is particularly good if you're having to get to Sharm via flights from Hurghada. All you need to do now is book. The property is in a really good location for all amenities, beaches, and nightlife. The very popular Mamsha is 7 minutes walk, Sekalla (downtown) is a 5 minute cab ride, or if you like walking, only 50 minutes walk. We are just around the corner from the Bowling Centre & Sindbad Club Aqua Resort. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, as are numerous popular takeaways. We make ourselves available 24/7, if assistance is required. We can help you arrange pretty much anything you would like to do during your stay, or, certainly point you in the right direction, if you're an independent traveller.
What makes this property unique
We have walled and gated 24hr staffed security, with CCTV in the communal areas. There are 72 units on the compound, owned by British, European, Egyptian, so it's a very well maintained, nice, quiet compound. If you're a lone traveller, we do sometimes arrange days/nights out, so if you want to go out in company, you're welcome to join us.
