Located on the 1st floor, the accommodation, completely renovated, has a living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, comfortable closet / dressing room and balcony.

Soggiorno Alassio

Vacanze stupenda, appartamento polito arredato con molto gusto , 2mn anche meno dalla spiaggia .Per quanto riguarda la proprietaria molto accogliente gentilussima , disponibilissima. Di fronte l appartamento una panetteria appena aperto direi da prendere roba fresco in tutta la giornata .Un ringraziamento alla Signora Paola .Le foto dal sito correspondono esattamente a ciò che troverete

Una certezza

Anche quest’anno abbiamo soggiornato alla Baiocca e non possiamo che riconfermare l’esperienza positiva dell’anno precedente. Pulizia della casa eccellente, a due passi dal mare e dotata di ogni comfort (tv, frigorifero grande, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, phon…). Ringraziamo anche Paola per la gentilezza e la disponibilità, ci auguriamo di poter tornare presto ad Alassio e di avere la fortuna di soggiornare in questo bellissimo appartamento. Super consigliato!

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung wirklich genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage und ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht.

Gute und ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier in Alassio, gleich gegenüber einem kleinen Minimarket. Ein Früchte-und Gemüsehändler und eine kleine Bäckerei sind auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Paola ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und ist stets gut per Handy erreichbar.
