Alassio au printemps

Very well appointed flat close to the sea front and the centre of town with its bars restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it. We will return.

Wonderful Stay In Alassio

This was probably the best place we could have possibly stayed in Alassio. From the easy communication with Tamara, to check-in and check-out, to every little detail they paid attention to equipe the apartment for a comfortable stay. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment was a great size for my husband and I with our baby! The location can't be beat!! We loved going downstairs and being just a 2 minute walk from the water, the center of everything, plus the Cafe just underneath is the best in all of the city!! There's also the option to use the parking garage they offer for a small fee which was a lifesaver for us! Without a doubt we would stay here again!!! Thank you Tamara for a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Appartamento comodo per il nostro gruppo, due adulti e tre adolescenti. La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative per comodità, vicinissima a spiaggia e centro, per spazio e pulizia. Ci ritorneremo

Gut und modern eingerichtet. Sauber.

Sehr zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und zur Promenade sowie zum 24 Std. /7 Tage geöffneten Supermarkt. Wohnung (Nam. 10) ist modern und relativ neu und hochwertig sowie umfassend (auch Mikrowelle, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Gefrierfach etc) ausgestattet. Sehr schön waren auch die 2 Balkone (der auf der Westseite ist aber sehr klein, haben wir zum Wäschtetrocknen verwendet.) Negativ ist nur, dass das Auto in ca. 20 Min. (Fußweg) Entfernung abgestellt werden muss und auch dort am Samstag wegen des Wochenmarktes weggestellt werden muss, was bei der allem. Parkplatzknappheit in Alassio in Saisonzeiten schon ein Problem sein kann. Das WLAN ist relativ schlecht (nur in 1 Raum Verbindung, das aber auch oft nur unzureichend). Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen.

Soggiornato tre volte e tornerò una quarta!

L'appartamento è come nelle foto, arredato con gusto e con tutte le dotazioni necessarie a rendere comoda la vacanza. L'ingresso della palazzina si apre direttamente sulla via Torino che è pedonale e conduce dritto al mare e con i bambini è l'ideale. Negozi, bar, gelaterie praticamente sotto casa.... i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Inoltre sono ben organizzati per il cambio biancheria ed asciugamani. Insomma mi sono trovata molto bene e ci sono stata già tre volte e tornerò una quarta!! Ho soggiornato in tre diversi appartamenti e tutti hanno belle camere e zona giorno, alcuni con bagno più grande, altri più piccolo ma tutti belli.

Neuwertige und sehr umfangreiche und komfortable Aussatttung, sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Fewo liegt zwar im 3. Stock, ist aber mittels Aufzug komfortabel zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und komfortabel (2 Bäder, jeweils mit WC, Dusche, Bidet), Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Gasherd, incl. Backofen, Microwelle. Großzügiges Raumangebot, kleiner Balkon, jeder Raum mit Klimaanlage, mehrere Fernseher (wers braucht). Die Fewo ist zentral in Alassio gelegen - alles was man braucht sehr gut erreichbar (Strand und Altstadt/Fußgängerzone, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - z.B. im im 24 Stunden geöffneten Supermarkt - alles nur ca. 100-200 m entfernt). Kostenlose Abstellmöglichkeit des Autos leider nur in einer Entfernung von ca. 20 Min (zu Fuß) möglich. Zum Ein/Ausladen kurzes Parken aber direkt vor der Haustür möglich.

Davvero molto bello! L'appartamento è nuovo e arredato con gusto. Bene accessoriato, c'è tutto quello che serve ed è tutto nuovo. Ottima posizione vicino al mare e al centro del budello. Lo consiglio!

Fabulous apartment and location

Really nice apartment in the heart of Alassio - could not be better located - spotlessly clean. Tamara is really helpful for any queries at all. I would love to go back. Everything within walking distance - beach, supermarket, restaurants and shopping on doorstep - great Italian cafes for breakfast or drink. Loved it.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento interno n°5 l'appartamento è nuovo tenuto bene pulito e completo di tutti gli accessori (l'unica cosa bisognerebbe mettere delle mensole porta oggetti nei 2 bagni), ma per il resto è tutto ok,a soli 50 Mt. dal mare e dal budello di Alassio,vicino l'appartamento si trovano supermercati,macelleria,gelaterie,pescheria,ristoranti e tutto quello che serve per una vacanza in appartamento Vorrei ringraziare i proprietari per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza, speriamo di tornarci il prossimo anno

semplicemente perfetto!!

Appartamento signorile pulito ed elegante con il massimo delle comodità ha superato appieno le nostre aspettative vicinissimo alla spiaggia è situato in una zona a traffico limitato appena fuori dal caos del budello ma vicinissimo ai servizi , sotto casa trovate la pescheria la panetteria ,una gelateria top , farmacia e poco lontano il supermercato. Proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili .
