This ancient farmhouse is just a few kilometers from Amelia and Giove, very close to Terni, Viterbo, Orvieto, Narni, Bomarzo, Todi, Spoleto and only 80 km away. from Rome, easily reachable from the A1 motorway at Orte.
Our structure consists of 8 delightful rooms, a master bedroom suite and an apartment with 4 beds, an independent kitchen and a laundry room.
In the 12,000 square meter park with centuries-old trees, fruit trees and olive trees, there is a large swimming pool with a bar for relaxing days in the sun. On the ground floor our restaurant can satisfy your culinary needs with traditional cuisine of fresh meat and fish, welcoming you in the inner rooms or in the spacious outdoor porch. Our location is ideal for long or short business trips or tourism, events or banquets of any kind.
We also have mountain bike bikes that you can use for your excursions in the green Umbrian region and your four-legged friends are welcome!
