Villa Paola is a welcoming villa with garden just 500 meters from the splendid sea of ​​Capo d'Orlando, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the northern coast of Sicily.
The property completely renovated in 2018 is designed to guarantee maximum comfort to our guests.
The strengths of the villa are its proximity to the sea, which is easily reached on foot in a few minutes, the beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and the proximity to the town center with commercial activities and restaurants.
The villa consists of two separate levels:
- Ground floor:
2 double bedroom with private bathroom each bedroom and independent access to the terrace

- First floor:
there is a bright and comfortable living room with sofas and fireplace, a dining area with a window overlooking the garden, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bed (available on request), a third bathroom with shower.

From the first floor there is access to a terrace and part of the garden, furnished with a table and chairs for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners.
The living room and all the double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. The house is equipped with heating (for stays in winter), Wi-Fi and barbecue.
