Villa Soriano is located in Medići, a small tourist place situated in the middle of Omiš Riviera. It is a brand new villa that offers two levels, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 persons. In front of it are a private 32msq heated pool and 6 lounge chairs like and grill and outdoor furniture. It is only 130m away from the beautiful pebble beach in Medići.

The property offers two levels, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 persons.

On the first, you are entering in spacious open plan living room with sofas, big TV, Play Station 4, and a dining room with a place for 8 persons. Next to it is a modern and completely equipped kitchen, family bathroom with shower, and bedroom No 1 with a double bed (160x200).
Upstairs takes you to the second floor with 3 bedrooms, each with amazing, open sea and island views, with AC and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom No.2 is with double bed (160x200), bedroom No.3 is with double bed (180x200), and bedroom No.4 has two single beds (2x90x200).

In the heart of the Villa, just in front of the kitchen and living room is a pool area with a private 32msq heated pool and 6 lounge chairs. It overlooks the whole area and will be an ideal place for relaxing. Grill and outdoor dining area are just next to it for enjoying meals, local wine, and amazing views.

The property is fully Air-conditioned, it has 6 Air-condition units in all bedrooms, living, and dining rooms.
Secured, covered two parking places on the property are for guest's use.
The owner is very friendly and will help you whenever you need it.

Very well equipped and conveniently located villa with friendly hosts

Our family of 5 adults really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Villa Soriano. The villa is conveniently located just off the beautiful Dalmatian coastal road, which means it is very close to the beach (down steps opposite) and also local amenities. There are a nice couple of bars on the beach. There is a small supermarket just along the road and also some restaurants down by the attractive harbour in Mimice which it is also possible to walk to from the villa, which was a definite bonus for us. The host Ivana and family were extremely hospitable and helpful. They were there to greet us when we arrived and provided some very welcome food and drinks to start us off with. They were easily contactable throughout our stay, without being intrusive. The villa is very well equipped - everything has been thought of to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We had a car rental and did trips to Split, Trogir, Omis, Makarska and Krka during our stay. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool, great view and trips down to the beach opposite which was very pleasant and not too crowded even in August. We would definitely recommend.

Traumhaus! Sauber und komfortabel!

Das haus ist absolut traumhaft!!! Schöner als beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet und alles war sehr sehr sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem. Sehr komfortabel, neue Matratzen. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet sogar mit Quirl und Pürierstab! Staubsauger und Dampfbügeleisen inbegriffen. Es gab sogar zur Waschmaschine einen Trocknet. Genug Geschirr für 8 Personen. Es gibt überall genug Stauraum. Die Bäder waren auch wunderschön, geräumig und sehr sehr sauber!!! Es gab genug Handtücher, sogar noch Ersatzhandtücher! Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab Netflix und viele spiele! Der Aussenbereich hatte 6 bequeme Holzliegen mit Auflagen und extra Handtücher!! Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten ausreichend platz und waren absolut begeistert von diesem schönen Haus! So sauber und komfortabel haben wir das noch nie im Urlaub erlebt! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns bei Ankunft und abreise reichlich beschenkt. Auch eine Nachbarin kam vorbei und brachte uns Tomaten und Kräuter! 2 Minuten vom haus befindet sich ein toller Strand mit bar!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, es war traumhaft!!!

Ivana and her family have been great hosts and our stay was a great pleasure. We especially liked the fact that everything in the house was exactly as described in the listing. Fam Hodzic has been very supportive and we could reach out to them easily whenever we had questions. The villa itself has a modern style and everything looks brandnew. We were there for a week and enjoyed it a lot as it had enough space for our family (7 adults and 1 juvenile); we can highly recommend it! Peter

A fantastisk villa in nice

Our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 children) enjoyed a great week at Villa Soriano. The house is very well equipped and has a great pool. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay

Really lovely, spacious,modern villa. Ivana was so helpful. The snacks on arrival were most welcome! Great location and we made lots of use of the beautiful, quiet beach and beach bar just across the road. Overall a lovely family holiday in a gorgeous villa.

Beautiful 5* Villa

Soriano is a stunning, brand new villa located just off the main coastal road between Omis and Markaska. The villa is in a great location for those people wanting to get away from it all. It is very peaceful and close to smaller amenities. The villa is decorated in a very light and bright colour scheme with modern décor and appliances etc, as well as being very clean and secure. It is finished to an exceptional standard throughout. The whole villa is very well equipped especially the kitchen with lots of crockery, cutlery etc. This apartment is ideal for an easy self-catering holiday. There is a small supermarket about 500m away in Medici (larger supermarket in Omis 12km). The infinity pool is very well maintained and the sunbeds were very comfortable. The Hodzic Family, the villa owners, were very easy to deal with and answered any messages/queries we had very promptly. There was a lovely welcome treat waiting on our arrival including cold meat and cheese platter, drinks (both alcohol and soft), local olive oil and sweet snacks. This was a very welcoming addition after a hot journey. We used Transfer Croatia (Marina was very helpful) to travel from Split airport to Mimice. Transfer Croatia gave a very professional, friendly service for 6 adults with cases for 146 Euro return. There is a beach a short, but very steep walk away but easily accessible using the road or steps. The pebble beach is very beautiful and a lovely place to swim. We did not see any sunbeds to hire so it wise to take something padded to relax on! The beaches are very clean and tidy and a pleasure to visit. There are two small cafes serving drinks and bar snacks such as toasties and burgers which are very reasonably priced and we would recommend. It is a short walk to the small harbour of Medici where there is a small selection of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Hiring a car during your stay will let you make the most of the area as public transport was a little sporadic! Other things we did during our stay: Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina: great trip using Experience Dalmatia. Split: Wander the old streets, investigating the Diocletian Palace. We wished we had more time to spend here! Omis: lovely Dalmatian town with lots of places to eat. Try the Zipline for a best view of the Riviera. Brac & Hvar: boat trip to the islands. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking to book a holiday near Split. You will not be disappointed!
