This charming independent villa is composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen, a furnished living room and a bathroom with shower. While the first floor consists of a bathroom with shower and 2 very spacious bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed for each room.
The house has a garden with barbeque, a small terrace with sea view, private parking space and free WIFI internet connection.
Once out of the house you will be immersed in the atmosphere of the Sicilian countryside surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The sea is just a few meters away. From this location you can easily reach the Stagnone islands for a nice walk, kitesurf and windsurf or simply enjoy the beach and the sea.
