About this property

Comfortable 35 sq.mt studio apartment located on the second floor of an elegant period building with no lift. Our neighborhood is the historic center of Padua. Staying with us, you don't need a car or public transport! The whole history of the city if you can enjoy it by foot is always close to home!
Internally the accommodation consists of:
★ NIGHT AREA: equipped with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a wardrobe.
★ KITCHEN: on sight it has a fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
★ BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, WIFI, air conditioning (1 split that also works as a heat pump), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Guest Access
The house is at the complete disposal of our guests and there are no common areas.

We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, if there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE EARLY CHECK-IN WAS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND WITHDRAW THE KEYS FROM 11 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING.

Upon your arrival you will be required to pay the tourist tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Padua.

* after 9.30 pm and until 11 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required
* after 11pm and until midnight a supplement of 30 euros is required
* after midnight and up to 1 there is a supplement of 40 euros
