Newhaven is a fabulous four bedroom holiday home in the heart of Combe Martin with easy access to all this seaside town has to offer.. 2 steps to entrance.

Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 medium cars or 1 large car. No smoking.. Newhaven is on a quiet, narrow lane, close to the centre of the popular seaside village of Combe Martin. Ideal for a family or small group, this pet friendly house is ideal as all the highlights of Combe Martin are within easy walking distance of the house. The house is well laid out for family life and has the added bonus of an enclosed courtyard garden. Perfect for sitting out on a balmy evening and keeping your four legged friend safe. Combe Martin is a popular location, the village centre has a good range of shops, places to eat, local pubs and of course a great beach, renowned for its excellent rock pools. Combe Martin is also a popular area for sea kayaking and there are local shops with guides who will help you explore this very interesting and dramatic coastline from the sea.There are numerous attractions within easy reach of the house that will add to your holiday experience. These include the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the Lynton to Lynmouth cliff railway. At Croyde and Woolacombe you will find some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country as well as many smaller coves and bays. Exmoor is a short distance away and on a clear day the views can be spectacular. There are National Trust properties at Arlington and Knightshayes and the RHS gardens at Rosemoor, Great Torrington. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
