You will appreciate this completely renovated wooden chalet, situated in a calm and charming countryside. The fenced plot with a pond invites relaxation and fishing. The 40 m² chalet can accommodate a family of 4 with children and animals.

The chalet offers a comfortable and spacious space with an equipped kitchen, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster;
 A click-clack lounge with sleeping facilities, dining room with television and a baby high chair.
Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. You will feel right at home.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.
Garden furniture with Parasol and barbecue on the terrace,
 Linen and towels are provided upon request.

Séjour à Tramain " cotes D'armor " 2024

Séjour d'un calme exceptionnel dans un cadre super reposant dans un chalet propre et accueillant. Le tout sur un terrain parfaitement clos Au milieu un étang poissonneux ( pour les amateurs de pêche ). Les animaux étaient les bienvenus , et franchement ils se sont éclaté. Pour ce qui est des alentours, il y a beaucoup de sites à voir. Château de la hunaudaye, jugon les lacs , l'étang du lou à Dolo " base de loisirs nautiques " , la mer à moins de 40 minutes et pas mal de randonnées pour tous les niveaux aux alentours. Tout pour plaire à tout le monde. Les propriétaires sont gentils, accueillants et de plus pas envahissant du tout. Voilà, rien à redire, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et sommes prêts à y retourner .

Zeer huisdiervriendelijk verblijf

We hebben goed genoten van het verblijf. De tuin is heerlijk! En er is een terrasoverkapping (wat niet op de foto's staat) zodat we zelfs met regen konden buiten zitten. Wij hebben 2 grote honden en die hadden het zeker naar hun zin. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijke mensen die hun best doen om het u zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. En in Jugon-les-lacs is er een lekkere bakker met super lekkere croissants.

Le gite un coup de peinture serait bien venu et un village que l épicière ouvre quand elle a le temps et un restaurateur pas accueillant qui nous a jetés car on avait 2 petits chiens qui ailleurs on était très bien acceptés

Le lieu est magique! Rien de tel pour passer un séjour reposant au milieu de la nature. Mme et Mr Coquio sont avenants et d’une grande gentillesse. Calme, mignon et reposant

On cherchait du calme et de la nature, c'était parfait ! Le chalet est très bien agencé et plutôt spacieux, bien équipé. Les propriétés sont très gentils et serviables. Et le jardin est parfaitement clôturé (nous avions 2 chiens avec nous, et ils ont pleinement profité du terrain !) Je conseille vraiment !
