Villa Casale Terre del Farfa

At 50 km from Rome, in the territory of Toffia, in the beautiful valley where the Riana flows, in a very quiet position that guarantees total privacy, there is the farmhouse where we receive guests: it is an ancient manor house surrounded by olive trees, with a large fenced garden of 6000 square meters where you can spend the day in complete relaxation and equipped with a modern swimming pool to spend your holidays in the warmer months.
The farmhouse is divided into 2 residential units with separate entrances, each with fireplace, kitchenette and bathroom / WC with shower.
The largest apartment, 70 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people: the ground floor is open plan with a large fully equipped kitchen with table, chairs, fireplace, in the adjacent room there are 2 single beds and a bathroom. The upper floor is an open mezzanine with a double bed.
The smaller apartment, a 35 square meter studio apartment, can accommodate up to 4 people, equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, a double sofa bed and a bathroom.
The living room is suitable for those who want to spend a holiday or a weekend in peace and relaxation.
