FAMILY HOUSE BY ISSOS BEACH, CORFU, GR

A quite place, enough for 7 persons, just 1.4 Km from the best beach in Corfu Island, the famous Issos Beach. And not only the beach but 1.2 Km from the Corission Lake and a lot more...
An autonomous 90 sq.m. residence, built in a, private entrance plot, full of olive and lemon trees . A big mulberry and a fig tree, complete the scene in front of the house.
The 750 sq.m. plot offer an ideal place for parking and let your pet play without annoying any "strange" neighbor.
Only 270 m. from the Green Bus stop and the local bakery. Comfort, close to the best beach and all the necessary amenities.
All the rooms (except bathroom) have a real wood ceiling and modern aluminum windows. Old fashioned double beds and bedside tables at the 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has 3 single modern beds and has a big wardrobe enough for every need.

I am 57 y.ο. , married and have 3 children. I built this house for my family to enjoy our vacations in my homeland (Chlomos village in Corfu Island). I have a house in Ioannina (at the mainland) where is my permanent residence and recently, my 1st daughter had a babyboy so my wife and I decided to cancel our vacations in order to help her.

Why they chose this property

The residence is close to (almost) everything. The best beach in Corfu is reachable in 8 - 10 minutes walk. The sand dunes and the cedar forests also. It's in a peaceful place where nobody bothers you. If you want night life , its 10 min. from Saint George (Argyradon) , 15 min. from Messongi - Moraitika and Cavos. Corfu town and the airport are in a 30 min. (by car).
