Son Rito is an estate of 150,000 m² located in the southeast area of Mallorca, in the municipality of Felanitx. It has a very privileged place to be near the most beautiful coasts of the southeast of the island.
We will receive you in this spectacular villa located between the fields of Felanitx composed of two buildings, a beautiful garden and a large pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Villa Can Rito is for large families or groups of friends up to 20 people who want absolute privacy during their stay on the island. Imagine yourself apart and disconnected from the rest of the world enjoying your vacation among your loved ones or friends. A beautiful pool of 12 mx 6 m X 1. 80 m deep, surrounded by a fascinating, well-kept and green lawn-filled garden, many elegant outdoor corners where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate, an impressive glazed barbecue area, where you can enjoy spend unforgettable moments - all this and much more is for you. Also, here you can entertain yourself playing ping-pong before tasting grilled vegetables or pizzas in the wood-fired oven, then chatting on the sofas listening to music from the bottom of satellite television. This space even offers a large kitchen with gas hobs, a bathroom with shower and a large table for 16-20 people.

The farm has two large buildings, one of them is the main house and the second one is an annex house. Both have been renovated and decorated with exceptional taste, and have a total of 8 bedrooms with air conditioning and 8 bathrooms.
Entering the main house, they find a large living room with comfortable sofas and TV-SAT, followed by a small living room with armchairs, and then two dining rooms, a toilet and a large gas cooker. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one of them with two double beds with en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, and another with two single beds together and a small loft with another single bed and a bathroom with shower cubicle in suite room.
We go up the stairs and find a third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two double beds, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. For two more people we can prepare two extra single beds as well as two cots and two high chairs for two babies.
We have a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron and ironing board.
In the second house we find a cheerful living room with TV with international channels, a bathroom with shower, two rooms with two single beds, and two more with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
There is outdoor parking for 6 cars along with a covered parking for 3 cars
And, without any doubt, Villa Can Rito is an estate where you can breathe a great tranquility with a silence where you can only hear the singing of the birds and the blowing of the wind. It has an easy access to the Felanitx-Campos road, offering a wide range of beaches and coves nearby in a short time, as well as all pubic, commercial and gastronomic services.
On the one hand we have the ports of Porto Colom, Cala d′Or and Porto Cristo, and on the other, Sa Rápita and Sa Colonia de Sant Jordi, where some of the most beautiful beaches on the island are located. The nearest beach is Cala Marçal cove, with fine white sand and turquoise waters.
