The apartment is located in Bakval Noord, walking distance to the beach, hotels,casinos, restaurants, shops and other atractions. 300 meter from the Marriot Stelaris Hotel & Casino and the Ritz Carlon Hotel. The bus stop of the public transportation is also 300 meters from the Apartment. You have a nice Supermarket 500 meters from the apartment and a small one 100 meters.
The near Beach is Fisherman Huts 400 meters, there you can do kitesurfing windsurfing or any kind of water sports and you have at 1,5 kmts Boca Catalina a paradise for snorkelling, also 2,5 kilometers you have Arashi another cristal turquoise water beach and a good snorkelling spot. In the patio and outdoor area lives a cat, we dont let the cat enter to the apartments.
Tha pool and patio area is shared with another 2 apartments.

Includes room,air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, internet wireless, tv.

In high seasson , from Dec 15th till March 31st we prefeer to rent for a minimun of 5 days. You can ask for less days but dont fell bad if we reject the offer please. Also the prices may change if you rent less than 5 days.

The cleaning fee you pay is for the cleaning of the property at your check out.

Fernando is a friendly and attentive host and owner. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach. The unit was functional and clean. Good internet, TV and Air Conditioning, comfortable bed.

Great place great area.

Fernando was great. The place was very nice. We loved the pools and the outdoor area. For the most part the indoors was clean and as expected. Love having access to an outdoor grill. In a fantastic area about a 5 mins walk to the Ritz Carlton and palm beach. When we figured out the AC’s it kept the apt nice and cool after coming in from the hot sun. Wi-Fi was strong never had a problem. The shower doesn’t get real hot, but not a huge deal. It is an on demand system from what it seems. So you won’t lose the warm water. There is some (maybe) black mold starting in the shower in the bath room, might want to have a look at that. If I was to make some suggestions. A TV in the main bedroom, lots of hand towels, and paper towels on hand. Leave a book of directions about the house about the grill and the oven and so on. Have the cleaner come earlier in the morning, so it doesn’t feel like we are in the way of her in the afternoon when the sun is hot and we want to use the pool. Maybe it’s not possible, idk, just felt like we had a hard time enjoying the space when we were in at way. There are cameras up, some people might find security in that, I felt a lack of privacy in the pool area. Not a huge deal just know they are there. I would put up some access to a line to dry cloths on, there is no washer and dryer in the unit, which seems pretty usual in the island, considering the amount of laundry business’ there are on the island, but we were hand washing everything.

Perfect location!

Great host! Fernando did a fabulous job setting up the house to make it easier for my handicap wife to get around and was very responsive to any requests that I had. Very peaceful setting near everything you would need to enjoy Aruba. A few minutes to the beach, shopping and dining was a positive aspect choosing this location. We enjoyed our stay!
