Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be within walking distance of everything

PROPERTY RULES

• No smoking allowed

• No parties or events allowed

• Groups under the age of 25 are not permitted.

• No pets allowed on the property

• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (including children)

• It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

• Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without a refund.



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

• Certified Ecolab cleaning products.

• Bedding and towels washed at a minimum of 60 degrees Celsius.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.



CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 11:00 PM onwards

Guests should inform SAPvillas in advance of their expected arrival time.

If arriving before 5:00 PM, guests may leave their luggage at our office.

Please inform us at least one day in advance if you plan to check out before 11:00 AM.

After 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM, guests may leave their luggage at our office.
