An enchanting apartment located on the sea, on the eastern coast of Sicily, among the lively typical Sicilian towns of the nearby seaside village of Giardini Naxos, the first Greek colony of Sicily.

The apartment is located in Taormina seaside, in a strategic position because 20 meters from the sea and the pebble and small pebble beach, 200 meters from the "Lido Maraone" bus stop, 400 meters from the Interbus bus stop, Citysightseeing , Hop on Hop off right in front of the "Taormina-Giardini" railway station which at low cost allows guests to arrive in 3 minutes by bus to the historic center of Taormina Corso Umberto and the ZTL area.
By train, in just 40 minutes to Catania or Messina, and for just over an hour in Syracuse for a trip out of town.

As soon as you cross the pedestrian bridge over the small stream "Sirina" from which the name of the street derives, many bars, seaside restaurants, minimarkets around the wonderful "Saja" marina and towards the promenade.

The apartment consists of:
entrance, private bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer, first supply of bathroom linen per person and first supply of courtesy set, amenities.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and safe.
Kitchenette with electric hobs, equipped with everything needed for a light lunch. Refrigerator, frezer, table and chairs, LCD TV, INTERNET WIFI, Air Conditioning consumptions included.
Ability to add 3rd single bed on sofa bed for a fee.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.

4-legged friends allowed upon availability and advance booking, an extra supplement per night is required, and there is the possibility of having more space thanks to the presence of a small balcony equipped with clothesline, and planters.

Cleaning 1 time on the 3rd day after arrival including change of bed linen and towels per person, change of kitchen linen.

Cleaning does not include the kitchenette and dishes as well as the separate collection of rubbish, which is charged to customers and who will otherwise be charged at an extra cost.
