About this property

Villa of Oro Aleria Corsica

Luxury villa of 170 sqm on two levels (currently under construction, more photos to come from January 2020).
A first level which consists of a large living room of 50 m² (2 sofas, 1 dining table for 10 people, 1 TV screen 160cm), a fully equipped open kitchen of 10 m² (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, nespresso).
A cellar with washing machine, dryer, wine cellar and plenty of storage space.
A stay which gives on a terrace of 90 m ² south facing where we can lunch and dinner pleasantly.
The night part consists of 4 rooms with bed 160 x 200cm with memory of form of which 2 giving directly on the outside terrace.
Dressing 200cm, TV 80 cm and air conditioning.
Two bathrooms that consist of a walk-in shower (140x90cm), a toilet and a double vanity unit, heated towel rail.
1 guest toilet with hand washing.
The living room and all rooms have air conditioning and wifi.

On the ground floor a master suite of 23 m² with its own entrance.
With a bed 180 x 200 cm, dressing room, TV screen 108cm and private bathroom of 9m²
(walk-in shower 250x90cm, 1 WC, double washbasin).

A fully equipped covered summer kitchen (30m²) fridge, hob, griddle, oven, microwave, nespresso. Dining area with a table for 10 people, 1 TV screen 140cm.

A swimming pool 8.5x4m depth 1.5m, tiled terrace of 100m ² (deckchairs, ottomans). Secure fence for children.
Pool bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, basin.

The villa also has a garage that can accommodate cars, motorcycles, boats, bicycles ..

The plot of 900 m² around the villa is fenced, entry is via a motorized gate.

Obligatory cleaning 150 euros.
Linen 15 euros per person.

Villa located in the middle of the eastern plain of Corsica, in the town of Aleria.
Aleria with its ancient site, its 8000-year history, its museum and its fort.
Around ballads, hikes to do, on foot, horseback or canoe (kayak).
Local products to taste (wine, cold cuts, cheeses, shellfish ..)

30 minutes from Corte (cradle of Pascal Paoli) and its beautiful lakes (Melo and Capitello) through the GR 20.
1 hour from Porto Vecchio and its beaches (Palombaggia, Santa Guila) and cliffs of Bonifacio (1H30).
At 1H 30 from the city of Bastia and Ajaccio.

Superbe Villa

Très belle villa et service/accueil impeccable. La villa est belle, grande, en très bel état et nous avons pu passer la plupart du temps en extérieur, avec ses cuisine, barbecue et piscine. La situation centrale oblige à prendre la voiture, mais permet de visiter autant le nord, le sud et le centre ouest, ce que nous n’avons pas manqué de faire. Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Aleria, dans la villa de Thomas. La maison est idéale pour passer de bons moments en famille et entre amis. Chacun y a trouvé sa place. Elle est meublée avec goût et la Clim a largement été appréciée!! Je recommande.

Super Villa etwas außerhalb der Stadt

Das ist ein super Inserat etwas außerhalb der Stadt Aleria. Man hat seine Ruhe und alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Fußläufig erreichbar ist ein nettes kleines Restaurant wo man sehr gut essen kann. Würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

excellent solution to visit the island

spacious and very clean villa with swimming pool, excellently furnished and with all the necessary comforts equipped. Located halfway between Bastia and Bonifacio, it is a good starting point for visiting the island. The accommodation is not near the sea, it's about 10 min by car. We spent very nice evenings poolside, where there is an equipped kitchenette. Thank you very much to our friendly and helpful landlord.

Séjour en famille à la Villa d’Oro

Nous avons passé d’excellents moments a la Villa D’Oro. La maison est très bien décorée et surtout très bien équippée pour accueillir des amis et faire des barbecues. La piscine est bien entretenue et l’hôte très serviable et prêt a nous aider à tout moment. L’emplacement est aussi pratique, à 5 minutes d’Aléria en voiture. En bref, in séjour de rêve! Nous y retournerons!
