This 17th century former porcelain factory opened its doors for the first time in April 2019 to be able to receive interested and enthusiastic holiday makers with great pleasure. Perfect group accommodation for up to 12 people plus 2 babies.
The atmosphere-impression of this small-scale holiday domain can be a bit by the pictures. Would you like to celebrate with more families, with a group of friends or go out with your sculpture group or if you have a yoga / meditation group, then this group house is more than perfect.

Through the impressive, authentic front by you enter a huge open living. There you will find a cozy 12-seater dining table where you can enjoy the whole group of evenings.

In the atmospheric open kitchen you can cook with more people at the same time. A modern kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. An oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle, a hand blender and a coffee machine etc. In short, all the necessities are present. With various organic herbs and flower teas from our own garden which you can enjoy without obligation.

In the large open-plan living room you will find the lounge with a 10 seater couch and armchairs, a cozy tree trunk-side tables for your cheese and the wines. You can relax here and enjoy the totally thing. A DVD player, TV with Dutch TV channels and also many foreign channels and a bookshelf for young and old are in the spacious Lounge.
Everything is thought of, you don't have to be bored for a moment. There is a closet full of various family games, card games, as well as country maps of the area, leaflets or activities in the Limousin are present.

All our beds are new and of good quality. All bed linen is pure cotton so that ventilates well in balmy nights.

If you walk through the large former castle doors into the hallway you will find the first bedroom on the right-hand side on the ground floor.
This bedroom, called Royal is 5 by 4 meters in size and has beautiful views of the village and the church tower. The room has a double bed that can be pushed up to 2 single beds and a single bed. The room has an authentic and cheerful character.

In the hallway downstairs there is a modern toilet.

The majestic staircase leads you to the beautiful long corridor on the first floor where the other 4 large bedrooms are located. Adjacent to this spatial corridor are three luxury bathrooms with sinks, toilets and showers including 1 bathroom with luxurious whirlpool bath. The showers also have a rain shower and Bluetooth connection for music while showering.
A description of these four bedrooms:
The first, called "Les Vaches". A spacious bedroom or 5 by 4 meters with a double bed. This bed can also be split into 2 single beds and there is another single bed. This cozy bedroom gives a view of the village and the beautiful rich meadows.

The second bedroom with the name "Porcelaine" has a surface of 20m2 with a double bed, also this bed can be shifted to two single beds. This is a very spacious and bright room. This room has two windows with views over the courtyard and the farmlands. There is enough space in this room to place an extra cot / crib.
Bedroom three "Chateau": Also this spacious bedroom is 20m2 and has a double bed that can be pushed separately to two single beds. This very bright bedroom with two windows has a view of the flowered farmlands and the courtyard of the factory. There is enough space in this room to place an extra cot / crib.

Bedroom four: "Les fleurs". This room is 4 by 4 meters and also features a split double bed. Open the curtains here in the early morning, and the sun shines wonderfully warm in your room.

All rooms are equipped with large wardrobes, bedside tables, side table and mirrors, so equipped with every comfort. All double beds are separable.

In The colder months, the house is heated on the ground floor by means of modern radiators.
On the ground floor you can go through the French doors in the kitchen to your flowery morning terrace. Guests can enjoy breakfast outside on the large dining table. There are 2 large umbrellas and a barbecue.
Adjacent to the terrace is a large indoor outdoor playground with table tennis, swing ball, pétanque, toy cars and trucks for kids and hoops.
A new pool with toys with a diameter of 4.60 m for the water fun. You can spend your siesta in the hammock and refuel.
Outside there is a completely new playground with play equipment and a large trampoline with safety net.

From the large private car park on the estate you can easily walk to your holiday home.
Outside is a newly landscaped sports field (artificial turf) overlooking the forest and the village. You can request this field with your sports team / Yoga Club / meditation group.
On our large new trampoline with a diameter or over four meters with a safe valnet, your children can have hours of fun. In the river, children's play is a great adventure with building dams, making water gears, sailing pebbles and playing sand. For all children It is one great discovery of the woods and the fields on the own estate of the factory. There is a hiking trail on site.
A table tennis table, volleyball net and badminton rackets complete the fun of the game.
Within a 2-minute walk you can reach the village of Coussac-Bonneval with all the necessary facilities. Bakery, butcher, mini-supermarket, restaurants, and terraces. The Bonneval castle, where guided tours are provided, is just a stone's throw away. Here you will also find a tourist office and many other facilities.

At 200 meters away from our estate, 4 different hiking routes with different distances and difficulty gradations start from varied nature reserves.

The surrounding area offers hundreds of pleasures such as swimming lakes, fish ponds, walking tours, swimming pools, horseback riding, canoeing, and city trips to Limoges or Brive, Outdoor children's parks etc etc.

Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed.

In summer, there is a weekly night market where local farmers sell their products that can be consumed on the spot. You will see hundreds of people at long tables, wine on the table and all the fresh products purchased. A music group completes the Evening with dancing people on the square. Relax and enjoy the French life!

There is a washing machine which you can use for 4 euros per wash including laundry detergent.
