About this property

A very spacious and light house with a huge Cathedral window.

This spacious house has been made with a lot of love and attention to ensure that guests have a more than pleasant stay. A big common jacuzzi outside and 2 pop-up pools

The house has its own billiard table for enthusiast, a modern new kitchen with the best equipment, Lounge area with TV and dinning area. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with waterfall shower. The other bathroom has a modern bubble bath and a shower

On both sides of the house is a terrace, with nice view!

Outside we have a big Jacuzzi (common). A river to play in for hours on our own grounds, an outdoor playground with pirate ship, slides, swing etc, trampoline, volleyball net, hammocks, swingball and a lot of land and woods to discover
Pop up pool 1 is 1.35m deep, 4.60 wide
Pop up pool 2 is for the smallest kids 3.50 m wide and a tiny bit of water to play in

The Factory is located next to the village of Coussac Bonneval, a 2-minute walk away. In the village you will find the old castle Bonneval with very good tours for kids as well, tourist office, restaurants and bars, a mini supermarket, a butcher etcetc.
