Authentic holiday home with a large private pool for 4 people. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with sauna, living room with open fireplace and direct access to the covered terrace and swimming pool. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the balcony of this large house, furnished with rustic furniture from all over the world, offers a view of the western coast of Istria and the sea in the distance. The house also offers a pool (50 m2) with deck chairs. Private parking is in front of the house. A large country garden with outdoor furniture and a dining table in the shade of oaks will delight guests. The villa is located on a gentle hill, in a very quiet location with lots of greenery. Shops and restaurants are 5 km away and the nearest beach is a 25-minute drive away. Young groups and parties are not allowed
