A beautiful villa with private pool, located in the exclusive urbanization of Los Bancales. Surrounded by a cozy garden with its Canary palm tree. Beautiful views of both the mountain and the sea.

The house is homey. A spacious living room with wooden furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a cozy terrace where you can enjoy family meals.

It is located a short distance from Puerto de la Cruz and Playa Jardín. In the area there are restaurants, bars, shops and others.

Unfortunately rather noisy place

The house is situated next to the main road trough the area and one side of the house (same) is adjacent a gas station with car wash where people all day long uses high pressure water to clean their cars. To the other side it was more quiet but as the terasse was to the noisy side it was not comfortable. The house is large and is well laid out but worn especially the kitchen though everything worked. The noise prevented us from relaxing but other people might not find that Important as it was fairly quiet late and in the night. Wish we had consulted Google street view as we normally do.

Great house and a great location

2 couples from Canada, stayed for a month. This was the perfect place for us. Outside Puerto de la Cruz however within walking distance. Local district had many places to eat and drink. Discount grocery was a short walk, butcher and fruit shops close by. Bus stop out front was nice for getting around. Solid charming working kitchen. Would love to return some day.
